About the Caribbean-American Family Network (CAFN)
Since 1995, CAFN has been dedicated to building a cohesive, sustainable, faith-based Caribbean-American community. Founded by Rodney & Hasana Sisco and Kirk & Sandra Harris, CAFN has grown into a vibrant network representing more than 14 Caribbean nations and the U.S., connecting over 250 families across Chicagoland and beyond.
Our work centers on Faith, Family, Community, Culture, and Outreach — hallmarks that guide our events, initiatives, and service projects. From disaster relief in the Caribbean to support for families in Chicago, CAFN continues to empower and uplift communities near and far.
